When you consider your overall clientele, what are the three most common immediate problems they face that causes them to seek your services? (e.g. eviction, escape an abusive spouse, …) 2. After you solve their immediate problem, what is the most common root cause of their need for your services (long-term issues - e.g. local economy / no jobs, lack of skills, substance abuse, …) 3. Thinking about your own efforts to help these people, what tool would you most like to have that you don’t. (for example, some way to get battered spouses to a shelter for free, a tool to show the current shelter capacity that is simple for the shelter staff to use, ….) 4. Do you have clients that you have been able to get to a life without subsidies needed? 4A. If the answer to the above question is Yes, thinking about your clients, what are the most common causes of regression or that prevent people from getting to sustainability? 4B. In your estimation, what percentage of your clients have tried to help themselves, through websites / seminars or similar tools to help themselves before or after coming to you? 4C. If the answer to the above is non-zero, what sites or tools do you think are particularly helpful? 4D.
